smooth check-in thoughtful amenity helpful staff
The check-in process was smooth. Our suite included every amenity we needed. The staff helped secure reservations for us. They delivered a cake to our room for my birthday!!!

some issues with the laundry service
damaged shirt poor follow-up
i had a very disappointing experience with the hotel's laundry service. they damaged one of my shirts, shrinking it significantly (it was almost unwearable afterward). despite me reporting this to the front desk, no one followed up with me or offered any kind of apology. i expected much better care and communication from a hotel of this supposed standard.

great central stay
helpful staff special breakfast central location
the staffs are really good, and i found them very helpful. i appreciate the breakfast is off a menu, it feels more special. the location is great, very central to everything.
the room service menu are a little expensive.

The hotel room was spacious and clean. I found the staff very polite and helpful. I appreciated the great location and the breakfast was AMAZING!!!
The hotel damaged my clothing in their in-house laundry. They also refused to compensate for the loss. I have communications documenting this.

Really good Stay in the City Center
clean lines awesome breakfast perfect location
The room had elegant clean lines and felt quite spacious. Breakfast was fantastic and the service throughout my stay was really good. The hotel is fine and located perfectly.
I found a slight delay in receiving the requested extra pillows one evening.

rooftop area friendly staff great location poor breakfast crunchy granola missing cake
i REALLY liked the rooftop area. it had great views. the staff were friendly and gave great service, every time i asked for something they helped immediately. the hotel location ALLOWED easy access to places.
the breakfast WASN'T good. i thought the food was not nice, especially some fruit. also, the granola was TOO crunchy. the cake i ordered for breakfast NEVER showed up.
